What tyre technology do you use?
Asiatech offers a state-of-the-art radial tyre technology for manufacturing passenger, truck & bus, farm, OTR and industrial tyres. Tyres produced with our technology have passed various tests at Smithers Scientific Services and other laboratories and are recognized as top performers comparable to tyres of the leading first tier brands.
What is your common project type and size?
We are experienced with build-operate-transfer schemes, technology transfer, feasibility studies and turnkey contracts for green field as well as for existing ventures. It can take some days to provide either quick and necessary advice, or years to ramp up a whole new factory. You can look at our typical projects here.
What was your biggest project in terms of capacity and investment?
We have completed/are executing several BOT projects with capacities ranging from 5 million passenger tyres per year to 1+ million truck & bus. Investment size for such a venture can vary from US $100 million to US $250+ million.
Working on emerging markets in countries with underdeveloped infrastructure, how do you ensure the quality of your production? What about health, safety, and environment?
Our management and technical personnel stems from leading global manufacturers such as Goodyear, Dunlop, South Pacific Tyres, Olympic Tyres, etc. Enormous cumulative experience of our employees helps us to establish the highest standards of quality, Health, Safety and Environment in all our ventures from day one.

Asiatech is an international engineering consulting company with our principals coming from major western tyre & rubber companies. But China is the country where our company was established and completed its first contracts. We have gained a lot of experience from this huge market with its amazing mix of opportunities and risks.
