Completion of the first stage of a passenger car tyre venture in the Gulf Coast Region. The feasibility study and financial modeling where Asiatech acted as the principal technical advisor for a 4,5 million tyres plant are successfully finished. BOT contract with the managing company to be signed within the next months.

MoU with Saudi Company for Tire Manufacturing. Asiatech is going to be the supplier of the truck tyre radial technology and the turnkey contractor for a 2,000,000+ TPY plant in Saudi Arabia.

Asiatech has prepared the first draft of the feasibility study for its own truck & bus radial tyre manufacturing venture in Thailand. Preliminary negotiations with local and international banks, potential partners and subcontractors as well as with Thailand Board of Investments were conducted successfully in Bangkok and other locations.
