Most of the Major Companies are enduring rising costs in labour and overheads which has completely stalled their continued development in Western locations. But the tyre manufacturing business in the emerging economies is booming as local incomes rise, car ownership increases, and OEM manufacturers relocate to developing countries. Many companies have expressed an interest in developing or expanding their own tyre industries under their own control, but the task seems so difficult and overwhelming most companies don't know where to start.

We do this by employing people who have a wealth of experience in Engineering, Construction, Tyre Design, Technical Control, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Factory Management. Most of these people held senior positions in major tyre manufacturing operations, and this experience is totally at our client's disposal. We have also worked in a wide variety of locations from Asia, to South Asia, the CIS countries including Russian Federation. No location is too difficult for us. And our people don't learn on the job. They know what to do from Day 1.

We also know the major machine manufacturers very well, although we have no commercial ties to any of them. We select the machines most appropriate to your needs, and, where possible, we acquire machines from low cost countries to blend with the higher cost western equipment. The result is the best mix of pricing to ensure your factory capital costs are reasonable.
